Great article. I love the idea of holding on to the inter-personality of business in a world that’s threatening to drive it out. I’m 46 and not a digital native. I didn’t grow up with a smart phone in my hand. But I can’t help but admit I don’t mind the fact that buying something online is not a personal experience. I don’t even want it to be. If I think that what does the millennial generation think?

      Thanks for the feedback!

You’re right, buying something online is not a personal experience. Millennials that were essentially raised behind a screen (unlike you and I) are accustomed to the lack of personal interface and are an online businesses best friend. As the article focused on, therein lies the threat to those brick and mortar businesses that must compete with those online companies that automate the customer experience.

      Make a Great Day!

      Steve 🙂
